Dr. Chidley can bill most PPO insurance plans, and is an "in-network provider" for the following insurance carriers:

- Blue Cross/ Blue Shield 

- Cigna

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Please inquire beforehand to ensure availability.  ​

Students are given priority for sliding scale and reduced rates.
